Terms and Conditions buah4d – Our Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and buah4d ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the buah4d platform – whether through the website, mobile app, or other related platforms – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the buah4d platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use buah4d's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• A citizen or legal resident located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or voluntary self-exclusion list.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or third-party entity.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent or proxy for any other party.

Buah4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account termination.

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one active account on the buah4d platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid phone number. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for buah4d to terminate your account without prior notice.

• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with any other party.
• The registered email address must be verified within 48 hours of registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure their account information is kept up to date.

Buah4d's KYC process requires a copy of a valid identification document (national ID or passport) and proof of current address. These documents are stored securely using high-level encryption and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

Buah4d supports a variety of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other online payment methods. All bonuses are subject to rollover/wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type. Players must fulfill the wagering requirements within the valid period set for each bonus.

• Welcome bonuses typically require a wagering rollover of 10x–30x depending on the current promotion.
• Unused bonuses or those that do not meet wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Withdrawals made before meeting wagering requirements will result in the associated bonus and winnings being voided.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user/household/device/IP address.

To ensure the buah4d platform remains a safe and fair environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Creating fake accounts, using another person's identity, or providing false registration information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your buah4d account login credentials secure. buah4d will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other external communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt and should be disregarded.

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.
• Always log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Check your account activity notifications regularly to detect any suspicious access.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact buah4d support immediately. We will help you secure your account and investigate any suspicious activity.

You may close your buah4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses have unmet wagering requirements.

Buah4d reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms set out in this document.
• There is suspicious activity believed to be related to fraud or money laundering.
• You are unable to verify your identity or provide the requested information within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that did not meet the requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to completed identity verification.

Buah4d provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or related limitations.

Buah4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Disruption to the player's own internet service or connection.
• Failure of the device, software, or system used by the player to access the platform.
• Extraordinary events beyond buah4d's control, such as natural disasters, infrastructure outages, and similar occurrences.
• Financial losses resulting from fair and legitimate game outcomes.

The collection, processing, and storage of users' personal data is governed by Privacy Policy buah4d, which forms part of these terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

Buah4d adheres to strict data protection practices, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and comprehensive incident response procedures. Buah4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users will be notified via in-platform notifications or registered email.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
